Job Overview and Responsibilities As a remote customer service representative with arenaflex, you will play a critical role in responding to customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing exceptional support to our clients. Your key responsibilities will include: Responding to general to moderately complex telephone calls and troubleshooting customer issues in a professional and courteous manner Recording calls in our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) ticketing solution and updating CRM history with results of inquiry to ensure accurate and timely follow-up Conducting outbound calls to customers in response to customer direction or business needs, demonstrating excellent communication and interpersonal skills Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of regulations and policies as they apply to the various programs serviced, ensuring compliance and adherence to industry standards Responding to telephone inquiries within set time parameters, prioritizing urgency and importance to meet customer needs and expectations Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications: High School diploma or equivalent required, demonstrating a foundation in basic skills and knowledge Minimum one (1) year customer service experience required, with a proven track record of providing exceptional support and resolving customer issues Must submit speed test via speedtest.net with download speeds of at least 60mbps and upload speeds of at least 6mbps, ensuring reliable and efficient remote work capabilities Experience working with computer software, customer relationship management tools, and telephone technology, with a willingness to learn and adapt to new systems and processes Excellent communication skills, both written and oral, with the ability to articulate complex information in a clear and concise manner Preferred Qualifications To stand out as a candidate, you may possess the following preferred qualifications: 0-2 years of experience as a Customer Service Representative in a related field, demonstrating a strong foundation in customer service principles and practices
