Job Description As a Work From Home Customer Support Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to patients, answering phone calls, and addressing their queries in a professional and empathetic manner.
Your role will involve: * Scheduling patient surgeries and coordinating with local surgery managers * Answering phone calls, explaining our services and fees, and addressing patient queries * Taking down insurance information and scheduling financing applications * Coordinating with local surgery managers to ensure seamless patient consultations * Working collaboratively with a call center team to support 4 markets and 16 offices specializing in wisdom teeth removal Requirements To succeed in this role, you will need: * Fluency in Spanish (read, write, and translate) * Residency in the state of Utah * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Proven experience in sales, upselling, and customer support (at least 3 months) * Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask * Reliable internet connection with a minimum speed of 50 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload * Availability to work Monday to Friday, 8:30am - 5:00pm or 10:00am - 6:30pm, and every sixth Saturday from 8:00am - 4:00pm Preferred Qualifications While not essential, the following qualifications will be advantageous: * Previous experience in a call center environment * Knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) software * Familiarity with sales and marketing principles * Certification in customer service or a related field What We Offer As a valued member of our team, you can expect: * Competitive hourly wage of $16.00 to $18.00 * Opportunities for commission and bonuses * Comprehensive training and onboarding program * Ongoing support and development opportunities * Collaborative and dynamic work environment * Flexible work arrangements, including work from home options * Access to cutting-edge technology and tools * Recognition and rewards for outstanding performance
