About the position
The
Senior Trainer is responsible for planning and implementing learning projects and performance initiatives across Prime Therapeutics. This role aims to enhance the consistency and effectiveness of training practices and operational processes to meet the learning needs of the organization. The
Senior Trainer will oversee all aspects of training development and delivery, collaborating with various stakeholders to ensure high-quality training programs for both internal and external customers.
Responsibilities • Oversee all aspects of training development and deployment. • Partner and consult with business leaders to develop and deliver training programs. • Conduct program management including curriculum development and vendor management. • Maintain subject matter expertise in assigned training areas. • Deliver training using various methods such as coaching and classroom facilitation. • Analyze data from assessments to recommend training interventions. • Update existing programs and materials to enhance performance development.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to influence change management and drive training strategy. • Lead the design, development, and delivery of learning products and services. • Advocate for learning and change management in project planning meetings. Requirements • Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, Training, Education, Organizational Development or related area, or equivalent experience. • 5 years of work experience in education, training, account/client management, or project management. • 3 years of training experience.
• Must be eligible to work in the United States without need for work visa or residency sponsorship.
