As a Training Specialist Lead on an Enterprise Zero Trust Program for a DoD client, your responsibilities will include identifying gaps in employee skills and knowledge through various methods like surveys, interviews, and performance reviews.
You will design and develop training materials, including lesson plans, presentations, online modules, and other learning resources. Delivering training sessions using various methods like instructor-led training, workshops, and online learning platforms will also be part of your role. You will develop learning solution documentation (e.g., storyboards, project schedules, video scripts, job aids, and courseware) and assess the effectiveness of training programs through feedback, performance metrics, and other evaluation methods.
Additionally, you will identify areas for improvement in training content and delivery and implement changes to enhance training effectiveness. You may lead or supervise other training specialists, providing guidance and support, while keeping up with industry trends and best practices in training and development. Working with various teams and stakeholders to ensure training aligns with organizational goals and managing training projects, including budget, timelines, and resources, will also be part of your responsibilities.

• Managing training projects, including budget, timelines, and resources. • Developing and monitoring metrics for evaluating training and development effectiveness. • Tracking mandatory training requirements and compliance. Requirements • 5+ years of related experience. • Demonstrated effective presentation and communication skills. • Exceptional interpersonal and teaching skills. • Expert knowledge of the principles, methods, and techniques used in the delivery of training programs. • Proven ability to create and present online and in-person training content.
Nice-to-haves • Three (3) years' experience at the senior trainer/evaluator level in DoD environment. • Knowledge of, and familiarization with Cyber Security principles and methodologies. • Current Secret clearance. • Bachelor's Degree.
