You’ll work directly with our Head of Media, tracking performance relentlessly and spotting patterns others miss — before problems show up in CPA. You won’t launch ads. You’ll see the signals early and act fast. What You’ll Do: Monitor Meta ad accounts spending $100k+/day Identify patterns, correlations, and anomalies across performance Catch early signals of: Creative fatigue Structural issues Comment sentiment impacting conversion Diagnose why performance is changing — not just report it Recommend clear actions and escalate decisively Direct the right team members to take action • * This is a pattern-recognition and judgment role, not a reporting role.!!
