Join Apogem Capital’s 10-week paid summer internship to gain hands-on experience in credit underwriting, financial analysis, and portfolio management in a hybrid work environment. Your Role Here’s what you will be doing: • Sourcing and investment screening, including reviewing industry news, database management, market mapping, attending prospective manager meetings, and presenting evaluation findings • Supporting deal teams in investment opportunity assessments, diligence documentation, and attending investment committee meetings • Completing post-closing documentation and performing ad hoc analysis on current investments • Assisting marketing and client service with investor communications and various requests • Supporting special projects as needed About You What you'll need: • Currently pursuing an undergraduate or graduate degree at an accredited 4-year university or college with anticipated graduation between December 2026 and June 2027 • Business, Finance, or related major preferred • Strong written and oral communication skills • Prior internship experience or significant contributions to campus or community extracurricular activities • Excellent interpersonal skills
Compensation & Benefits • Hourly pay range: $30-$35 • Nonexempt, overtime eligible • No discretionary or sales bonuses • Full package of benefits including leave programs, adoption assistance, and student loan repayment programs Training & Development
The internship includes training and development seminars, weekly intern events such as Lunch & Learns and Meet & Greets with senior leaders, networking opportunities, mentorship programs, and social events.
