They are seeking a Private Wealth Management Specialist to deliver expert insights and translate wealth management workflows into AI training scenarios while collaborating with researchers to improve advisory solutions. Responsibilities • Deliver expert personal finance and wealth management insights to support AI training initiatives • Translate real-world private wealth management workflows into structured AI training scenarios • Design and validate portfolio strategies aligned with individual client goals and risk profiles • Collaborate with AI researchers by providing asynchronous feedback to improve advisory solutions at scale • Review and assess AI-generated personal finance recommendations for accuracy and relevance • Apply best practices from leading wealth management firms to enhance AI model performance • Communicate complex financial planning concepts clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders • Uphold a client-first approach with the highest standards of professionalism and confidentiality Skills • Strong hands-on experience in private wealth management or personal finance advisory • Leadership or senior advisory experience at a leading financial institution • Proven expertise in portfolio construction, expense management, and personalized financial decision-making • Strong experience advising clients across varying risk profiles and income levels • Ability to deliver high-touch, client-first financial guidance with discretion and professionalism • Strong analytical skills with the ability to convert complex financial data into actionable insights • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with clarity and empathy • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, remote, collaborative environment • Unwavering commitment to ethical standards and client confidentiality • Experience leading advisory teams or high-impact client initiatives • CFA, CFP, CRPC, or similar professional certification • Familiarity with digital finance tools and platforms Company Overview • At Crossing Hurdles, we specialise in customised recruitment and staffing solutions designed to drive success for businesses and professionals.
