About the position
The
Remote Client Support Specialist is responsible for providing compassionate assistance to elderly clients, ensuring their daily needs are met through effective communication and support. This role involves making daily phone calls to clients, maintaining accurate records, and collaborating with team members to enhance service delivery. Responsibilities • Conduct daily phone calls to elderly clients to check in, answer questions, and provide support. • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and progress using CRM software.
• Demonstrate patience and empathy in all communications, ensuring a positive experience for clients. • Assist clients in navigating services and resources available to them. • Track client concerns and follow up as needed to ensure resolution and satisfaction. • Collaborate with team members to share insights and improve service delivery. • Participate in ongoing training to enhance communication skills and knowledge of client needs. Requirements • Associate's degree or equivalent; experience in customer service or caregiving preferred.
• Strong communication skills and a patient, empathetic demeanor. • Proficiency with CRM software and basic computer applications. • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. • Experience working with elderly clients is a plus.
