Our offerings are structured across three core tiers — Foundation, Momentum, and Scale — each blending financial expertise with operational execution: • Fractional CFO Services: Strategic financial leadership, forecasting, cash flow management, board and investor reporting, capital raising support, and performance metrics.
• Accounting & Finance Operations: Month-end close, financial reporting, reconciliations, and system automation. • Business & Operational Support: Budgeting, pricing models, KPI dashboards, and 13-week cash flow analysis to align daily operations with long-term strategy. • Strategic & Advisory Services: Transaction readiness, due diligence support, international structuring, cross-border compliance, and investor communications. • Process Design & Controls: Development of financial policies, internal controls, and standard operating procedures to strengthen governance and scalability.

The Opportunity We’re expanding our U.S. footprint and seeking 2–3 Venture Partners — trusted, well-connected professionals who can introduce us to organizations in need of back office financial and operational support including fractional CFO & financial advisory support.
This is not a traditional sales or employment role. It’s a strategic partnership opportunity designed for those already embedded in the founder, investor, or business advisory ecosystem who want to monetize their network and add value to their contacts. What You’ll Do • Leverage your professional network to identify companies that could benefit from fractional CFO or finance transformation support. • Source, qualify, and provide warm introductions of prospective clients to Convenit’s leadership team.
• Participate in occasional strategy or partnership calls (optional). • Earn referral or revenue-share compensation on closed engagements. Ideal Background • Former CFO, Controller, VC/PE professional, advisor, or consultant. • Deep network among founders, investors, or portfolio companies. • Trusted reputation for integrity and relationship-based business. • Comfortable operating independently and collaboratively. Compensation • Revenue-share model (15% of first-year client revenue). • Non-exclusive, flexible arrangement — no quotas, no fixed hours.
