We are seeking a high-performing Title Sales Representative to drive revenue growth through relationship-based sales, expand market penetration, and strengthen our presence across assigned territories.
Must have a title producer's license and an active book of business. What Youβll Do β’ Originate new title insurance business and grow overall title revenue β’ Maintain and expand an existing book of business β’ Identify, cultivate, and manage referral relationships with real estate agents, lenders, attorneys, investors, developers, and other industry professionals β’ Conduct regular in-person meetings, office visits, and relationship check-ins with clients and referral partners β’ Promote our full suite of services, including title, appraisal, and 1031 exchange services, to increase client wallet share β’ Represent us professionally at all external functions β’ Attend and actively participate in industry networking events, trade shows, association meetings, and client-sponsored events β’ Serve as the primary relationship manager for assigned clients β’ Ensure service expectations are met or exceeded across all transactions β’ Strengthen long-term partnerships through consistent communication and follow-up β’ Collaborate with our internal title, escrow, appraisal, and exchange teams to ensure smooth and timely closings β’ Monitor deal pipeline and track business development activity within assigned territory β’ Maintain accurate records of client interactions, referrals, and revenue activity β’ Ensure compliance with our policies, regulatory requirements, and ethical sales practices What Weβre Looking For β’ Relationship-driven and revenue-focused β’ Professional, confident communicator with strong presentation skills β’ Self-motivated and disciplined in a remote environment β’ Organized, consistent, and detail-oriented β’ Comfortable managing multiple client relationships simultaneously Qualifications β’ Established book of business in New Jersey and/or Pennsylvania β’ Proven ability to generate new business through relationship-based selling β’ Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills β’ Highly self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a remote environment β’ Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple client relationships simultaneously β’ Valid driverβs license and ability to travel within assigned territory Performance Expectations β’ Consistent generation of new title orders and revenue growth β’ Expansion and retention of referral relationships β’ Active participation in networking and business development events β’ Effective collaboration with our internal operations teams β’ Maintenance of professional standards and client satisfaction Work Environment & Travel β’ Remote, territory-based role β’ Regular local travel required for client meetings and networking events β’ Evening or weekend attendance at industry functions What We Offer β’ Operate with a high level of independence and autonomy β you own your relationships and results β’ Earn more through a performance-driven compensation structure with no artificial income caps β’ Join an inclusive, collaborative culture that values professionalism, integrity, and long-term relationships β’ Work remotely while staying connected to a strong operational support team β’ Focus on relationship-based selling, not transactional volume β’ Grow with a company that supports expansion, initiative, and career advancement Who Thrives Here You are a relationship-builder who enjoys being in the field, creating trust, and driving long-term business partnerships.
