Key Responsibilities Write, edit, and refine scripts used for customer service calls, training videos, onboarding modules, and corporate messaging. Collaborate with communications, marketing, and training teams to understand content needs and voice guidelines. Convert complex financial or technical information into simple, engaging, easy-to-understand scripts. Ensure all scripts follow bolthires brand style, tone, and compliance requirements. Assist in generating ideas, storyboards, and outlines for digital content.
Participate in team meetings, provide creative input, and deliver revisions promptly. Conduct research to ensure script accuracy and relevance. Maintain organized documentation and version control for multiple script projects. Required Qualifications Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills. Ability to write clear and conversational content for spoken delivery. Basic understanding of customer service, training, or communications workflows. Excellent grammar, attention to detail, and time-management skills.
Ability to meet deadlines while working independently in a remote environment. ⭐ Preferred Qualifications Experience writing scripts for call centers, training videos, marketing, or e-learning.
