The Director of Transmission Strategy will lead Antora’s transmission and interconnection activities, including defining Antora’s transmission and interconnection strategy, advocating in front of RTOs/ISOs and utilities to create transmission service that works for flexible, low load factor loads, identifying ideal grid locations for our thermal energy storage projects, and ensuring rapid and bolthires-effective interconnections in partnership with our utilities.
They will lead the internal team managing interconnections and will externally represent Antora with RTOs/ISOs, transmission providers, and utilities to shape policy and strategic outcomes. Senior or Staff Reliability Engineer, you will be responsible for ensuring that Antora’s cutting-edge thermal battery meets high standards of performance and reliability for safe and successful deployment at customer sites.
You will establish and champion the tools, processes, and organizational structure needed to scale reliability efforts from prototype through production and field deployment. You will collaborate closely with hardware, software, systems, and operations teams, as well as with external partners.
