About the position We're looking for a highly skilled Product Architect to and lead the charge in delivering cutting-edge solutions related to risk-based vulnerability management and remediation. As a key member of the GTM organization, you'll serve as the critical link between customers, product management, engineering, product marketing, and sales, shaping how we solve our customers' most pressing security challenges. The ideal candidate is technical, customer-focused, and excels in cross-functional collaboration, with a knack for driving alignment and delivering results.

This role holds a quota and will focus on driving product adoption and customer success. Responsibilities • Collaborate with customers, product teams, and sales to influence the product roadmap and ensure alignment with customer needs and market trends. • Own the technical qualification of customer use cases, delivering tailored solutions and ensuring successful Proof of Concept (POC) and Proof of Value (POV) execution. • Partner with engineering to translate customer feedback into actionable development priorities and ensure the delivery of high-quality features.

• Act as the technical subject matter expert (SME) in pre-sales discussions, addressing customer pain points with innovative solutions. • Enable sales and marketing teams by crafting compelling sales narratives, demos, and technical content to highlight the value of the product. • Manage the rollout and adoption of new features, including learning processes and tracking outcomes, to continuously improve customer satisfaction and drive revenue. • Communicate project status, risks, and achievements to internal and external stakeholders.

Requirements • 8+ years of experience in a technical B2B SaaS role (such as Solutions Engineering, Product Management, or Technical Account Management) • Prior experience in a technical role (e.g., Development, DevOps, System Engineering, or Automation). • Expert understanding of cybersecurity principles and different approaches to vulnerability management inclusive of application misconfigurations, cloud security exposures, application development exposures, and vulnerability instances. • Hands-on experience working as part of a security team or providing technical services to a security team.

• Proven success delivering software products/services to market and driving adoption at scale. • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts to technical and non-technical audiences alike. • Demonstrated ability to work independently while thriving in collaborative environments. • Experience working with or knowledge of AI-driven solutions.
