• Providing valuable feedback on moderation practices to enhance user experience. • Working together with team members to maintain a supportive work culture. • Fluency in German (both written and spoken) is essential. • A strong interest in social media and community management. • Content moderation experience is preferred but not required; we will provide training! • Excellent attention to detail and critical thinking skills. • Effective communication skills and a positive attitude. • Ability to work collaboratively within a team.
