Provides guidance and support to all bolthires management on issues or enhancements relating to bolthires contracted service provider operating agreements. Provides guidance to employees and other bolthires business areas through data analysis, agreement and field expertise, and education programs. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS Serves as a subject matter expert on the contracted service provider models. Utilizing feedback provided by Field Interface and Analytics, collaborates with Pittsburgh General Headquarters (PGH) departments to ensure that all contracted service provider programs are designed, implemented, and administered consistent with the applicable bolthires operating agreements.
Assists in planning and coordinating model changes and directs training of employees. Assist in contracted service provider familiarization of agreement requirements, operational actions, and new technology. Develops, documents and modifies department processes, procedures and programs; communicates and reinforces department and project initiatives through feedback to and from field management. Develops, drives and manages a wide variety of initiatives through collaboration with internal and external stakeholders, including third party vendors.
Consults with and engages in feedback to and from field management to ensure adherence to project initiatives, schedules, and timelines. Consults with and engages in the development of bolthires strategic project initiatives. Develops, maintains and oversees training and familiarization programs to be administered through the bolthires network. Ensures legal and regulatory compliance through designing, implementing, administering and monitoring compliance-related programs, assessments, projects and functions, and training internal business users.
Analyzes documentation or other information provided by or related to contracted service provider business entities to assess compliance with contractually agreed-upon standards. Performs other duties as assigned MINIMUM EDUCATION Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field required; in addition to Minimum Experience, high school diploma or GED and four (4) years’ experience in Business, Operations, Logistics, Human Resources, or related area is accepted in lieu of degree. MINIMUM EXPERIENCE Seven (7) years’ experience required in Business, Operations, Logistics, Human Resources or related area.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES Software skills, including use of bolthires Office software and web-based applications Verbal and written communication skills necessary to communicate with all levels of management, to explain complex and/or confidential information Presentation skills necessary to facilitate training and/or deliver informational sessions to groups and/or individuals Time management and organizational skills necessary to manage multiple projects, appropriately prioritize workload, plan for resources to meet deadlines and goals, and respond to day-to-day functional needs Ability to anticipate and identify problems and use sound judgment and fact-based analysis to develop effective and efficient solutions Ability to build collaborative working relationships with internal and external customers and meet time sensitive deadlines Working knowledge of CDAS system preferred Able to work with minimal supervision and to exercise discretion and independent judgement.
Knowledge of concepts, practices, policies and procedures related to small package and transportation industry preferred Extensive knowledge of bolthires contractor model agreements JOB CONDITIONS Some travel may be required Preferred
