About the Role We are growing and looking to add an experienced Mortgage Loan Officer / Mortgage Broker to our team. This is a fully remote, 100% commission position designed for self-motivated professionals who want flexibility, strong compensation, and the freedom to build their business without micromanagement. Compensation & Benefits • 200 basis points (2.00%) per funded loan • 100% commission (no salary cap) • Fully remote – work from anywhere • Health insurance options available • 401(k) with employer options • No territory restrictions • Flexible schedule What You’ll Do • Originate residential mortgage loans (purchase & refinance) • Build and manage relationships with borrowers, realtors, and referral partners • Guide clients through the loan process from application to closing • Structure loan scenarios and ensure accurate, compliant files • Communicate clearly and professionally with all parties involved What We’re Looking For • Active NMLS license (multi-state preferred) • Proven experience closing mortgage loans • Self-starter who can manage their own pipeline • Strong communication and customer service skills • Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
