Job Description: • Lead and support client onboarding, ensuring accurate and efficient setup of accounting systems • Customize and streamline accounting workflows tailored to each vacation rental client • Manage and review financial statements, reconciliations, and month-end close • Work with vacation rental platforms (e.g., PMS, channel managers, trust accounting systems) • Ensure compliance with industry-specific accounting standards and best practices • Identify process improvements and implement scalable accounting solutions • Collaborate with internal teams to improve efficiency and client experience • Serve as a subject-matter expert for vacation rental accounting Requirements: • Senior-level accounting experience (5+ years preferred) • Direct vacation rental accounting experience is REQUIRED • Strong understanding of trust accounting, owner statements, and property-level reporting • Experience onboarding new clients and setting up accounting systems • Proficiency with accounting software (QuickBooks, AppFolio, or similar VR-focused platforms preferred) • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and process-driven • Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
