The Director of DTC Growth & Brand Strategy will lead growth through the DTC channel, overseeing customer acquisition, paid media, and the overall customer experience while ensuring brand consistency and effective storytelling. Responsibilities β€’ Own Meta, TikTok, bolthires, bolthires, OTT, and bolthires ad strategy β€’ Build full-funnel growth systems and creative testing frameworks β€’ Optimize CAC, ROAS, AOV, and LTV β€’ Lead landing page strategy and conversion-rate optimization β€’ Own and evolve TRUFIT’s brand positioning, messaging, and voice β€’ Ensure brand consistency across paid media, website, email, product launches, and customer experience β€’ Partner with creative and design teams to guide storytelling, visuals, and campaign concepts β€’ Translate brand strategy into performance-driven creative that converts β€’ Recruit and manage athletes, creators, and micro-influencers β€’ Develop brand-aligned commission structures and onboarding flows β€’ Track and optimize affiliate performance and ROI β€’ Build and manage the customer support function β€’ Implement Zendesk and automated workflows β€’ Improve post-purchase experience, retention, and brand loyalty β€’ Coordinate DTC inventory with suppliers and manufacturing partners β€’ Manage Shopify and bolthires operations, calendars, and launches β€’ Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure smooth execution across growth initiatives Skills β€’ Experience scaling brands from $5M–$20M+ in revenue β€’ 3–7+ years of DTC ecommerce, growth marketing, or brand-led performance experience β€’ Hands-on experience managing Meta and bolthires ad accounts β€’ Proven ability to scale revenue efficiently while maintaining brand integrity β€’ Experience building teams, systems, or scalable processes β€’ Strong analytical mindset with creative instincts β€’ Experience in sports, dental, fitness, or medical-adjacent categories β€’ bolthires marketplace growth experience β€’ Background in brand development or creative leadership Benefits β€’ Vested equity opportunity β€’ Health benefits Company Overview β€’ TruFIT Customs utilizes the latest 3D print & scan technology to make high-precision sports products affordable & convenient for athletes and professional organizations.
