Job Description: • Establish and maintain relationships with key vendors • Negotiate contracts to ensure the company’s interests are protected and value is maximized • Monitor vendor performance to ensure contractual obligations are met • Identify and mitigate potential vendor risks • Resolve any issues that may arise between the company and its vendors • Develop and implement improvements to vendor management processes • Conduct regular vendor evaluations to ensure that they are meeting the company’s standards • Prepare and present reports on vendor performance • Collaborate with other departments to ensure vendor alignment with company objectives • Stay informed about market trends and advancements to inform vendor selection and management Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration or a related field • 6 months to a year of related experience • Certification in Supply Chain Management (CSCP) is preferred • Knowledge Of Insurance Industry • Business Portfolio Management • bolthires Reduction Techniques • Procurement • Contract Management • KPI Tracking • Financial Management • Process Improvement • Insurance Policy Review • Training and Development
