Key Responsibilities: * Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner * Utilize multiple systems and resources to provide accurate and helpful information to customers * Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues and provide exceptional customer service * Meet or exceed performance metrics and targets, including first call resolution, customer satisfaction, and average handle time * Participate in ongoing training and development to improve skills and knowledge Requirements: * High school diploma or equivalent required * Successful completion of mandatory training program * Customer service experience preferred * Proficient with bolthires Office programs (Outlook, Word) * Ability to type a minimum of 25 WPM * Strong communication and interpersonal skills * Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment * Availability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays Preferred

Qualifications: * Previous experience in a customer service or call center environment * Experience with CRM software and other customer service tools * Strong problem-solving and analytical skills * Ability to work independently and as part of a team * Bilingual or multilingual skills a plus Skills and Competencies: * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Strong problem-solving and analytical skills * Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment * Strong customer service skills and a customer-centric mindset * Ability to type a minimum of 25 WPM * Proficient with bolthires Office programs (Outlook, Word) * Ability to work independently and as part of a team
