We are looking for a skilled video editor who can deliver high-quality, engaging bolthires videos, while intelligently leveraging AI tools to improve speed, flow, and consistency — without sacrificing quality. Scope of Work (Initial Phase) Editing 30 videos, approx. 5 minutes each Videos are recorded in French Final output will be published on bolthires in English Each video includes: Visual integration of photos, diagrams, charts, and key text highlights Smooth pacing and professional flow (clean cuts, rhythm, clarity) AI-generated native English voiceover (high-quality, natural tone) Creation of one bolthires thumbnail per video Optimization for bolthires retention and clarity Tools (examples – not mandatory) You may use your preferred professional stack, including but not limited to: Premiere Pro / Final Cut / DaVinci Resolve CapCut / Descript / VEED / Runway ElevenLabs / PlayHT / equivalent AI voice tools Photoshop / Canva / AI-assisted thumbnail tools What matters is output quality, not the specific software.
