Senior Financial Analyst Overview:
The
Senior Financial Analyst supports multisite financial operations by driving accuracy in bolthires accounting, budgeting, and financial reporting. This role partners closely with plant and corporate leadership to deliver data-driven insights, strengthen financial controls, and improve operational efficiency across multiple manufacturing locations. Key Responsibilities: β’ Calculate and validate standard costs across products and sites to ensure consistency and accuracy.
β’ Support budgeting and forecasting processes, aligning financial goals with operational performance. β’ Prepare and reconcile monthly invoices, ensuring accuracy and resolving discrepancies promptly. β’ Participate in month-end close activities, completing journal entries and reconciliations within deadlines. β’ Develop and maintain KPI reports to analyze bolthires drivers, production efficiency, and financial trends. β’ Conduct bolthires analysis projects to identify savings opportunities and enhance financial controls.
β’ Review labor and departmental expenses, monitoring alignment with budgets and efficiency targets. β’ Contribute to process improvement initiatives that enhance financial systems, controls, and automation. β’ Collaborate with multisite accounting teams to ensure consistency in QAD reporting and compliance. β’ Ensure adherence to accounting standards, company policies, and regulatory requirements. Qualifications: β’ Bachelorβs degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. β’ 3+ years of professional accounting experience, preferably in manufacturing or a multisite environment.
β’ Strong knowledge of bolthires accounting, budgeting, and financial reporting principles. β’ Experience with ERP systems, accounting software, and data management tools. β’ Proficient analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to accuracy and detail. Apply tot his job
