You'll report directly to Kat, our Creative Lead, who gets it. And you'll have direct access to Spencer (our founder) when strategy matters most. Your ideas won't get watered down in committee meetings.

This isn't a copywriter role. It's a

Senior Creative Strategist position where exceptional copywriting is your primary weapon. You'll research products, avatars, and competitors. You'll identify breakthrough angles. You'll write scroll-stopping copy and build comprehensive ad briefs that editors and UGC creators can execute flawlessly. Strategic Research & Concept Development • Dive deep into products, customer avatars, and competitive landscapes • Uncover creative angles that align with Easy A Media's proven frameworks • Translate insights into high-converting ad concepts Ad Copywriting & Brief Creation • Write direct-response copy that stops thumbs and drives conversions • Deliver 18-20 fully-developed ad briefs per week • Create crystal-clear briefs with hooks, angles, scripts, and visual direction • Ensure every brief gives editors and creators everything they need to execute Creative Leadership & Quality Control • Review creative outputs to ensure alignment with strategic intent • Provide structured, actionable feedback to editors and UGC creators • Maintain organized creative assets in ClickUp with proper naming conventions Strategic Support & Documentation • Prepare account notes and creative updates for internal strategy sessions • Document revisions and maintain clarity across the creative pipeline • Support CRO and UGC leads with strategic copy and ideation What Makes

Remote Flexibility: Work from anywhere, on your terms What You Need to BringRequired Experience • 5-7+ years in e-commerce creative strategy, copywriting, or performance advertising • Proven track record writing direct-response copy for Meta and TikTok ads • Deep understanding of D2C customer psychology and what drives conversions • Experience creating comprehensive ad briefs for video editors and UGC creators • Portfolio demonstrating strategic thinking + scroll-stopping copy Core Skills • Strategic Research: You know how to mine insights from products, reviews, competitors, and data • Framework Thinking: You don't just write copy, you build repeatable systems and angles • Volume + Quality: You can deliver 18-20 strategic briefs weekly while maintaining high standards • Collaboration: You communicate clearly and make your team successful • Organization: ClickUp, project management, and deadline juggling are second nature Tools & Technical • Proficient with ClickUp or similar project management platforms • Comfortable leveraging AI writing tools to enhance (not replace) strategic thinking • Experience with creative research workflows and competitive analysis Mindset • Performance-Driven: You measure success by metrics, not compliments • Speed-Oriented: You understand that velocity matters in testing creative • Excellence-Focused: Mediocre work isn't an option • Initiative-Driven: You identify problems and solve them before being asked • Growth-Minded: You're constantly studying winning ads and refining your craft
