About the position As a
Senior Analyst on Best Buy's Enterprise Risk and Compliance (ERC) team, you will play a critical role in ensuring that customer, company and employee information is secure while enabling technology and business partners throughout Best Buy to innovate, drive sales and provide superior customer care in our stores, online and through our various contact channels. You will develop, implement, and manage the Data Loss Prevention (DLP) program based on company strategy, regulatory compliance, and leadership guidance.
You will be responsible for the everyday operations and will oversee a team of reviewers. In addition, you will identify and assist with mitigating risks based on data sensitivity and regulations. This role is hybrid, with an expectation to be on the Best Buy Corporate Campus in Richfield, MN Tuesdays-Thursdays and working virtually from home or another non-Best Buy location Mondays and Fridays. Responsibilities β’ Manage a team of reviewers β’ Coordinate and oversee the review process to ensure the quality and consistency of alert review and violation reports β’ Administer DLP and data discovery platforms β’ Implement, maintain, and audit multiple DLP and data discovery solutions β’ Develop and implement DLP policies β’ Respond to DLP alerts β’ Manage Reporting and Documentation β’ Compliance Manage β’ Collaborate with and assist strategic partners β’ Promote training and awareness β’ Evaluate technology β’ Assess Risk Requirements β’ Associate Degree (2-year) or Equivalent Industry Experience β’ 2 or more years of developing, tuning, and implementing policies within bolthires Purview, Tanium Reveal, Symantec DLP, Zscaler, or similar products β’ 2 or more years of system administration β’ 1 or more years of managing individuals Benefits β’ Competitive pay β’ Generous employee discount β’ Physical and mental well-being support Apply tot his job
