Utilize your expertise in healthcare informatics to develop and implement innovative solutions for improving health outcomes for our members. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and analyze data from various sources to uncover insights and trends. Develop and maintain data models and tools to support data-driven decision making. Use statistical analysis and predictive modeling techniques to identify opportunities for improving healthcare delivery and outcomes. Participate in the development and implementation of integrated health initiatives, ensuring that informatics solutions are aligned with overall goals and objectives.
Serve as a subject matter expert on healthcare informatics, providing guidance and support to colleagues and stakeholders. Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in informatics and healthcare technology, bringing new ideas and best practices to the team. Communicate complex data and insights to non-technical stakeholders in a clear and concise manner. Ensure the accuracy, integrity and security of all data and adhere to compliance standards. Collaborate with external partners and vendors to leverage their expertise and technology to enhance our informatics capabilities.
Mentor and coach junior informaticists, sharing your knowledge and expertise to support their professional growth and development.
