Job Description

We are looking for a senior HubSpot consultant who can take full ownership of our marketing and sales automation. Our goal is to move from fragmented tools and manual steps to a fully automated, data driven engine that gives us one consolidated view across website, emails, customer onboarding, support and product updates. We also want to redesign our current website (infomind.ai) into a clean, modern, high-conversion SaaS site that reflects who we are and makes it easier for partners and customers to understand our products.

What we need done 1. End to end HubSpot automation • Build automated flows for website leads, demo requests, email sequences and follow bolthires • Integrate product release notes so updates flow automatically to the right segments • Connect HubSpot with our support portal so all customer interactions are visible in one place • Improve list management, lifecycle stages and reporting • Set up dashboards for partner activity, client activity, usage and expansion signals • Clean up our current setup and implement best practice structure for scaling 2.

Website rebuild (infomind.ai) • Redesign the website to look world class, with clear messaging and faster navigation • Create focused product pages for testing, training, configuration, and support • Implement a simple CMS in HubSpot so our team can publish new content easily • Improve SEO fundamentals, page speed and analytics tracking • Build a clean blog layout for technical content, release notes and partner stories Who we are Infomind.ai builds AI powered automation products for Infor ERP customers.

Our platform covers automated testing, AI generated training, configuration intelligence and a ChatGPT like support portal. We sell through global ERP partners and our client base is growing steadily.
