Job Description
We are looking for an experienced AI Consultant to help identify, design, and implement AI systems that directly increase revenue while fixing internal inefficiencies. This role is outcome-driven, not experimental. The goal is to turn AI into a measurable business advantage across sales, operations, and decision-making. Scope of Work • Audit current workflows across sales, marketing, operations, and customer support • Identify revenue leaks, bottlenecks, and manual processes slowing growth • Design AI-driven solutions to improve lead conversion, follow-bolthires, forecasting, and retention • Build or oversee AI systems for internal reporting, automation, and decision support • Implement LLM-based workflows for sales enablement, customer handling, and internal ops • Reduce operational load through automation without breaking existing systems • Create clear documentation and handoff-ready systems What We Care About • Increasing close rates, deal velocity, and customer lifetime value • Reducing wasted time, duplicated work, and human error • Improving visibility into performance and pipeline data • Deploying AI that teams actually use, trust, and understand Requirements • Proven experience applying AI to real business problems (not demos) • Strong understanding of LLMs, AI workflows, and automation tools • Ability to translate revenue and ops problems into AI use cases • Experience integrating AI with CRMs, internal tools, or dashboards • Clear communicator who can work with non-technical teams • Results-focused mindset with ROI awareness Nice to Have • Experience with sales, RevOps, or growth-focused AI systems • Familiarity with AI agents, RAG workflows, or internal copilots • Background in process optimization or operations consulting Apply tot his job
