Job Description
Description • Own the install-base intelligence for National Strategic Accounts—continuously mining data to surface untapped sales opportunities and guide revenue strategy. • Drive quarterly and annual forecasting accuracy by owning backlog validation, revenue operations metrics, and closed-loop reporting to Varian and Siemens Healthineers leadership. • Track the full sales lifecycle—from pipeline inception to closed-won—for the Value Partnership team, ensuring every dollar and every deal is visible, auditable, and actionable.
• Produce and distribute period-end reports that distill complex data into concise insights for C-suite and cross-functional stakeholders, enabling rapid, evidence-based decisions. • Partner shoulder-to-shoulder with National Account Managers to prepare high-impact quotations, manage order modifications, and streamline customer onboarding—turning red tape into revenue. • Build, refine, and scale business processes that eliminate friction across National Accounts and Value Partnership teams, creating repeatable playbooks that accelerate growth.
• Serve as the primary liaison with the U.S. Government VA/DoD team, ensuring quotation quality assurance, strict compliance with FAR/DFARS terms, and flawless pricing accuracy. • Maintain the government price book—adding new products, updating part numbers, and executing routine price modifications—so field teams always sell with confidence and compliance. • Provide high-touch administrative support to the Director of National Accounts: calendar orchestration, expense reconciliation, document preparation, and rapid-fire problem solving.
• Plan and flawlessly execute the annual Strategic Accounts & Value Partnerships summit—owning everything from agenda design and speaker coordination to travel logistics and training-facility management. • Champion a culture of continuous improvement by gathering voice-of-customer feedback, benchmarking best practices, and translating insights into process enhancements. • Leverage CRM (Salesforce), BI dashboards, and advanced Excel to transform raw data into compelling narratives that influence executive decisions and resource allocation.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Finance, Legal, Supply Chain, and Customer Success to ensure every quote, contract, and forecast aligns with corporate policies and customer commitments. • Maintain meticulous documentation and version control for all proposals, amendments, and compliance artifacts—ensuring audit readiness at all times. • Act as the “air-traffic controller” for high-stakes deals, orchestrating internal approvals, risk reviews, and executive sign-offs to compress sales cycles. • Mentor junior analysts and coordinators by sharing best practices in forecasting, data hygiene, and stakeholder communication.
• Stay ahead of regulatory changes impacting government contracting, proactively updating playbooks and training materials to keep the field compliant and competitive. • Embrace a remote-first mindset while fostering virtual team cohesion through clear communication, shared KPIs, and regular touchpoints. Requirements • Bachelor’s degree (Communications, Marketing, or Business Administration preferred) OR equivalent combination of education and experience. • 2+ years of experience in sales operations, revenue operations, or strategic account support roles.
• Demonstrated project-management track record—juggling multiple complex initiatives with tight deadlines and flawless execution. • Advanced proficiency in Excel, Salesforce (or comparable CRM), and data-visualization tools; ability to translate data into actionable insights. • Experience working with government contracts (VA/DoD) and familiarity with FAR/DFARS compliance, price-book maintenance, and federal procurement cycles (strongly preferred). ️ Benefits • Remote-first flexibility with preference for EST time zone—work where you’re most productive.
• Competitive annual base salary range: $85,600–$128,400, commensurate with experience and geography. • Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance plus 401(k) retirement plan with company match. • Life, short-term, and long-term disability coverage; paid parking/public-transportation stipend; generous PTO and paid sick/safe time.
