Job Summary We are seeking highly motivated and customer-oriented Online Chat Agents to provide remote support for our growing eCommerce clients. As an Online Chat Agent, you will be the first point of contact for customers, handling inquiries via live chat in a professional and timely manner. Key Responsibilities Respond to customer inquiries promptly via live chat and messaging platforms, ensuring timely and effective resolution of customer concerns. Assist customers with order placement, product information, refunds, and troubleshooting, providing accurate and helpful information to resolve issues efficiently. Maintain a positive and professional tone while ensuring high-quality communication, adhering to blithequark's customer service standards and guidelines. Escalate complex queries to the relevant support team when necessary, ensuring that customers receive the support they need in a timely and efficient manner.
Accurately document interactions and maintain customer records in the system, ensuring that all customer information is up-to-date and easily accessible. Meet daily productivity and quality targets set by the support team, consistently delivering high-quality results and striving for continuous improvement. Essential Skills and Qualifications Excellent written English communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex information in a clear and concise manner. Strong typing speed and accuracy to handle multiple chat interactions, with a minimum of 40 words per minute typing speed.
Basic understanding of eCommerce platforms and online shopping processes, with the ability to learn and adapt to new systems and technologies. Customer-oriented mindset with problem-solving abilities, able to think critically and outside the box to resolve customer concerns. Ability to work independently and maintain focus during evening shifts, with a strong sense of self-motivation and discipline. Preferred Qualifications and Experience Previous experience in customer service, live chat support, or eCommerce support is preferred but not mandatory, with a strong emphasis on excellent communication skills and a customer-focused mindset.
