We are seeking candidates with a strong background in tax and accounting, excellent communication and analytical skills, and a desire to continuously learn and improve. If this sounds like you, we would love to hear from you! Prepare and review tax returns for a diverse portfolio of clients, ensuring accuracy and compliance with tax laws and regulations. Conduct tax research and analysis to provide recommendations for tax planning and optimization strategies. Collaborate with clients and colleagues to identify and resolve complex tax issues and provide proactive solutions.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, serving as a trusted advisor and delivering exceptional client service. Stay up-to-date with changes in tax laws and regulations to ensure compliance and provide guidance to clients. Work closely with team members to ensure timely and accurate completion of assigned projects and tasks. Communicate effectively with clients, colleagues, and superiors, both verbally and in writing. Utilize various tax software and tools to efficiently and effectively complete tax projects.
Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement best practices for increased efficiency and accuracy. Participate in professional development opportunities to continuously improve technical skills and industry knowledge. Maintain confidentiality and discretion when handling sensitive client information. Support the company's values and mission through ethical and professional behavior.
