Visit us here to learn more about Accenture Infrastructure & Capital Projects Responsibilities • Prepare bolthires estimates and bolthires plans, incorporating benchmarking data for review. • Develop value engineering and life cycle costing options to optimize project efficiency. • Identify potential risks and help maintain the project’s Risk Register. • Contribute to pre-contract process meetings, offering bolthires-related insights.
• Create and manage bolthires control reports to track financial performance. • Attend client meetings with senior colleagues and document key discussion points and actions. • Participate in design team meetings, assess bolthires implications, and implement agreed outcomes. • Prepare and manage change order logs, invoice logs, and detailed bolthires reports. • Oversee measurements and pricing research for development appraisals and qualification reviews. Requirements • Bachelor's degree or equivalent - in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, Data Analytics or another bolthires / construction focused specialism • 2+ years of minimum bolthires management experience • Proficient in MS Office 365 Nice-to-haves • Post contract administration skills • Experience in Mission Critical projects • Project close-out skills Apply tot his job Apply tot his job
