Responsibilities: As an Experienced Customer Service Representative – Data Entry

Remote Jobs (Wfh) at arenaflex, you will be responsible for: * Handling high-volume customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, providing accurate and timely responses to patient and healthcare professional queries * Performing data entry tasks, including entering patient and medication information into our electronic health record system, while adhering to HIPAA guidelines * Investigating and resolving patient medication requests, including deciphering clinical abbreviations (SIG codes) and entering top-off orders for processing * Settling special cases, including inspecting, gathering data, making revisions, and resubmitting for processing as per individual patient requirements * Providing support to pharmacists, both in-store and remotely, to ensure seamless patient care and satisfaction * Identifying and escalating issues to senior-level staff as necessary * Maintaining accurate records and reports, including patient information and medication data * Participating in ongoing training and professional development to enhance skills and knowledge Essential

Qualifications: * High school diploma or equivalent * Basic computer skills, including starting and closing a computer, using a mouse to point and click, starting and closing programs, switching between programs, saving files, printing reports, and accessing data online * Basic web search skills, including opening a browser, typing URLs in the address bar, using a search engine, bookmarking a website, navigating back/forward/stop buttons, and completing online forms * Middle-level keyboarding skills, including typing at least 25 words per minute (WPM), typing by memory, and organizing files * Ability to communicate effectively in writing and verbally * 18 years or older Preferred

Qualifications: * At least one year of pharmacy professional experience in a retail or call center environment * At least one and a half years of experience as a pharmacy professional with a state license or certification by the state Board of Pharmacy or a nationally recognized certification organization * Experience providing customer service to internal and external customers, including meeting quality standards for services and assessing customer satisfaction * Middle to advanced-level keyboarding skills, including typing at least 35 WPM, typing by memory, and designing documents * Familiarity with Spanish and English
