Role: We are looking for a General Virtual Assistant (VA) with experience in real estate support to assist in administrative tasks and property-related operations.
This role requires a detail-oriented professional who can handle CRM management, lead generation, appointment scheduling, and transaction coordination, while also managing general VA tasks. If you have experience in real estate tools, AI software, and project management platforms, this is a great opportunity for you! Key Responsibilities: Real Estate Support (50%) • Manage and update CRM systems (e.g., Zillow, HubSpot, KVCore, Salesforce) • Assist with property listings (MLS, Zillow, Redfin, etc.) • Handle lead generation and follow-bolthires via email, chat, and phone • Schedule and coordinate property showings, client meetings, and appointments • Research property details, market trends, and pricing • Assist with transaction coordination (e.g., contracts, agreements, and closing documents) • Maintain and organize property-related documents General Operations Assistance (50%) • Manage calendars (bolthires Calendar, Calendly) • Handle email and inbox management • Update project management tools like Asana, Trello, or ClickUp • Conduct data entry and research • Prepare reports, presentations, and marketing materials • Provide customer support via email, chat, or phone • Coordinate with clients, real estate agents, and vendors Requirements
Qualifications: • 1+ years of experience as a Virtual Assistant, with a focus on real estate support • Familiarity with real estate CRMs and property listing platforms • Working knowledge of ChatGPT and familiarity with Claude AI, Gemini, Canva AI, etc.
• Strong skills in project management software (Asana, Trello, ClickUp) • Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal) • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision • Tech-savvy and comfortable using productivity software (bolthires Suite, bolthires Office, Slack, etc.) Nice-to-Have Skills: • Knowledge of real estate contracts and legal processes • Experience in real estate marketing (social media, email campaigns) • Basic graphic design skills for property marketing (Canva, Adobe Express) Qualifications Required: (* are required) • * Remote work ready: • stable high-speed internet with backup • computer (laptop or desktop) with recommended quad-core CPU 2.5hgz+, RAM 8GB+, and dual monitor • headset, mic, and webcam for meetings • focused workspace.
