Job Description
We are seeking an experienced HubSpot Help Desk Support Specialist to assist my team in managing customer inquiries and optimizing our HubSpot setup. The ideal candidate has deep knowledge of the HubSpot platform and its Help Desk capabilities, combined with strong strategic insight, solid technical understanding, and exceptional skills in report building and interpreting HubSpot data. In the first phase of the engagement, we specifically need assistance with designing an optimal workflow for handling, closing, and tracking help desk cases in a way that ensures clean, consistent, and analyzable data.
