The role involves overseeing product management, conducting competitor analysis, and driving growth while balancing the needs of SMBs and Enterprise customers. Responsibilities • Take over an existing PM & Design team • Get the best out of a team and build the right team to help the business grow • Take ownership and validate the existing roadmap • Conduct competitor analysis • Innovate in established products using the latest AI tech • Drive growth in a B2B SaaS Company • Strike a balance between building for SMBs and satisfying Enterprise customers' needs Skills • 10+ years of experience in product management • Exceptional PM leadership experience (knows how to get the best out of a team and build the right team to help the business grow) and has built and led teams for the last 5 years or so • Who can take ownership and validate their existing roadmap • Strong experience conducting competitor analysis (they are the market leader and want to continue to stay ahead of their competition) • A proven track record of successfully innovating in established products (using the latest AI tech), Workflow Automation, and driving growth in a B2B SaaS Co • Someone with experience of striking a balance between building for SMBs and satisfying Enterprise customers' needs Benefits • 20-30% bonus • Equity Company Overview • Producto is a specialist Product Management recruitment partner, supporting companies and candidates across the USA.
