As a Bilingual Customer Support Representative for Insurance working remotely, you will be part of a team that brings humanity to business. Our remote TTEC team currently operates in 40 states. At this time, we are not hiring in the following regions: AK, CA, HI, or outside of the United States. Consideration for residents of Colorado, Florida, Illinois, Massachusetts, New Jersey, New York, Washington, and Washington, D.C.
will depend solely on specific business needs. Responsibilities • Identify and rectify any complicated issues related to brokers, groups, or affiliates concerning our insurance benefits, claims processes, enrollment, and billing processes for all lines of business. • Work directly with external brokers to establish a relationship/connection and build trust in our Health Insurance. • Provide concierge-level support to brokers, who serve as a key acquisition channel as they sell our product in our markets.
Requirements • 1 year or more of customer service experience. • High school diploma or equivalent. • Ability to recognize and resolve medium to high-level customer service issues. • Computer literacy. • Bilingual in English and Spanish.
