Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Marketing Data Analyst who can support our ecommerce and digital marketing teams with accurate reporting, insights, and cross-platform performance visibility. You will help standardize and automate dashboards, validate data accuracy, and provide the analysis needed to guide daily decision-making across ecommerce, marketplaces, paid media, and CRM. You must be comfortable working with data from GA4, bolthires Ads, HubSpot, Salesforce, Adobe Commerce, and marketplace tools.
A key part of this role is identifying inconsistencies across these systems and escalating tagging or attribution issues to our Martech or IT teams so reporting remains accurate and reliable. We are also interested in analysts who actively use AI in their workflow. This includes using AI to automate reporting tasks, summarize insights, improve data validation processes, and streamline analysis. We are not using AI at scale today, so you will help us identify where it can add value and guide how it becomes part of our analytics workflow over time.
Daily responsibilities include building repeatable scorecards, analyzing trends, supporting ad hoc data questions, improving reporting efficiency, and helping define what data IT should bring into Power BI. Strong attention to detail is required, along with confidence reconciling metrics across platforms and identifying unusual patterns or discrepancies. We expect 3β4 hours of daily overlap with US Central Time for communication and working sessions.
