We are currently seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Inventory Management Specialist to at either the Associate, Intermediate, Senior, or Lead level. As an Inventory Management Specialist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our inventory processes. This is an exciting opportunity for individuals who are passionate about inventory management and thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date inventory records of all materials and supplies in the company's database. Monitor inventory levels and conduct regular audits to ensure accuracy and identify potential discrepancies. Coordinate with various departments to determine inventory needs and forecast future inventory requirements.

Order, receive, and inspect incoming inventory to ensure it meets quality standards and matches purchase orders. Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to resolve any issues related to inventory orders and deliveries. Develop and implement inventory control procedures and policies to improve efficiency and reduce waste. Assist in the development and maintenance of inventory budgets and forecasts. Conduct regular inventory analysis to identify slow-moving or obsolete items and propose solutions for their disposition.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize inventory operations and ensure timely delivery of materials to support business operations. Train and mentor new inventory management staff and provide ongoing support to ensure adherence to inventory management processes and procedures. Communicate inventory status and updates to relevant stakeholders and management. Continuously seek opportunities for process improvement and implement solutions to enhance inventory management processes. Ensure compliance with all safety and environmental regulations related to inventory management.
