Salary: USD 59,860 annually Position Overview: We seek a detail-oriented and proactive Online Distribution Logistics Specialist to join our remote team. This role is crucial in managing and optimizing the distribution logistics for our online operations, ensuring efficient delivery processes, and enhancing overall supply chain performance. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, a solid understanding of logistics management, and the ability to work independently in a virtual environment.

Key Responsibilities: • Distribution Management: • Oversee and coordinate all aspects of online order distribution, from warehouse to customer delivery. • Manage relationships with third-party logistics providers to ensure timely and accurate fulfillment. • Monitor and analyze distribution metrics to identify and address inefficiencies or issues in the supply chain. • Inventory Control: • Maintain accurate inventory records and work closely with warehouse teams to ensure stock levels meet demand. • Implement inventory management best practices to reduce excess stock and prevent stockouts.

• Collaborate with procurement and sales teams to forecast demand and adjust inventory levels accordingly. • Process Optimization: • Evaluate and enhance existing distribution processes to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance customer satisfaction. • Implement and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for distribution and logistics activities. • Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) for all distribution-related tasks. • Order Fulfillment: • Oversee the order fulfillment process, ensuring orders are processed, packed, and shipped accurately and promptly.

• Address and resolve any issues related to order fulfillment, including shipping errors or delays. • Ensure compliance with shipping regulations and customer requirements. • Customer Service: • I will serve as the point of contact for distribution-related inquiries and provide excellent customer service to resolve issues and answer questions. • Collaborate with customer service teams to address and resolve delivery-related complaints and feedback. • Technology and Systems: • Utilize logistics software and tools to track and manage orders, shipments, and inventory.

• Ensure data accuracy in logistics systems and maintain up-to-date records of distribution activities. • Stay current with technological advancements in logistics and implement new tools or systems as needed. • Reporting and Analysis: • Prepare regular reports on distribution performance, inventory levels, and other relevant metrics. • Analyze data to identify trends, issues, and opportunities for improvement. • Provide recommendations based on data analysis to enhance distribution strategies and processes.

• Compliance and Risk Management: • Ensure all distribution activities comply with relevant regulations and company policies. • Identify potential risks in the distribution process and develop strategies to mitigate them. • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry best practices and regulatory changes. Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field. • Minimum of 3 years of experience in logistics or supply chain management, preferably focusing on online distribution.

• Strong understanding of logistics processes, inventory management, and distribution strategies. • Proficiency in logistics software and tools, with the ability to adapt to new technologies. • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions. • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact effectively with remote teams and external partners. • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks and projects in a remote work environment.

• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills. • Experience with risk management and compliance in logistics is a plus.
