Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Partnerto drive business growth through innovative sales and partnership initiatives. The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in B2B sales, business development, and account management, with a proven track record in technology salesand territory management. This role involves building and nurturing strategic relationships, expanding market presence, and delivering tailored solutions to clients across various industries. The Strategic Partnerwill play a critical role in identifying new opportunities, managing key accounts, and collaborating with internal teams to achieve organizational goals.

Responsibilities β€’ Develop and execute strategic sales plans targeting new and existing clients within assigned territories. β€’ Lead outside sales, inside sales, and direct salesefforts to generate leads through cold calling, networking, and industry events. β€’ Manage a portfolio of accounts, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction through effective customer serviceand tailored solutions. β€’ Conduct compelling product demosand presentations to showcase offerings aligned with client needs. β€’ Utilize CRM softwaresuch as Salesforce for tracking leads, managing pipelines, and analyzing sales data to optimize performance.

β€’ Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to close deals that benefit both the client and the company. β€’ Identify opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and expanding existing accounts through strategic planning. β€’ Collaborate with marketing teams on campaigns to increase brand awareness and generate new leads. β€’ Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to inform strategic decisions. β€’ Provide ongoing support for clients post-sale to foster long-term relationships and retention.

Requirements β€’ Proven experience in B2B sales, management, or business development, preferably within technology or related sectors. β€’ Strong background in territory management, lead generation, and sales managementstrategies. β€’ Excellent skills in negotiation, analysis, and delivering impactful product demos. β€’ Familiarity with CRM tools such as Salesforce or equivalent software for managing customer relationships effectively. β€’ Exceptional communication skills with the ability to build rapport with diverse clients across industries like retail, technology, or enterprise solutions.
