Product Specialist

Are you an experienced Product Specialist looking for an opportunity to join a dynamic, growing organization? PPD-Pharmaceutical Product Development is looking for an individual with the right combination of technical knowledge, problem solving skills and customer service aptitude to as a Product Specialist. To be successful in this role, you should have a deep understanding of our products and services and be confident in providing superior customer service. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in a related field, along with at least 3 years of experience in a customer service, client support, or technical support role.

You should have demonstrated success in developing strong relationships with customers, providing timely and accurate solutions, and have excellent interpersonal and communication skills. You should also have a customer-centric attitude, be highly organized, and have the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Responsibilities: Provide technical support and customer service to clients using PPD-Pharmaceutical Product Development products and services. Develop strong relationships with customers and provide timely and accurate solutions to their inquiries.

Maintain up-to-date knowledge of PPD products and services to ensure proper customer support. Analyze customer service inquiries and provide appropriate solutions. Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction. Utilize customer feedback to improve service quality. Monitor customer service trends and data to identify areas of improvement. Document customer service interactions and follow up with customers as needed. Provide training and guidance to new team members. Develop customer service best practices to ensure efficient and high-quality customer service.
