About the position
The Product Manager at Motorola Solutions will be responsible for managing the development and execution of commercial products within the Digital Recognition Network. This role focuses on balancing customer needs with internal requirements from sales, marketing, engineering, and customer service to ensure product alignment with market demands. The position requires collaboration with various teams to gather requirements, manage projects, and facilitate customer feedback, ultimately contributing to the enhancement of public safety and commercial vehicle location data solutions.
Responsibilities • Develop an end-to-end understanding of the product and its ecosystem. • Serve as the voice of the customer within the organization. • Lead and motivate cross-functional teams including user experience, business analysts, developers, and testers. • Gather requirements from customers and internal stakeholders. • Manage small to medium-sized projects related to product development. • Complete the customer feedback loop to inform product improvements. Requirements • Experience in product management or a related field.
