Old Dominion University is hiring an Assistant Director of Student Engagement. This role coordinates, implements, and supports student engagement activities and programs to enhance the student experience at ODUGlobal, working closely with students, staff, and faculty. The Assistant Director oversees day-to-day operations of engagement initiatives, plans and delivers events and programs, and collaborates with leadership to align with student experience and digital transformation goals. β’ Oversee daily operations of engagement initiatives and deliver various events. β’ Collaborate with Director of Academic Initiatives, Student Services, and other leadership. β’ Proficient in digital technologies for virtual engagement and online student programming. β’ Experience with MS Teams, Zoom, MS Outlook, SharePoint, MS Office, Canvas, Salesforce, and Banner preferred. β’ Masterβs degree in student affairs, education, communications, or related field required. β’ Experience in student programming, project management, communication, and collaboration.
β’ Ability to work remotely and manage multiple priorities effectively. β’ Full-time remote position, Monday-Friday with some flexible evening commitments. β’ Must complete a criminal background check prior to employment. Apply tot his job
