Rent-to-Own Agreement Specialist (Remote, Flexible Hours) About Us: We’re a growing Canadian business that helps homeowners and buyers achieve win-win rent-to-own deals. Our team provides consulting, advertising, and agreement facilitation services backed by legal professionals. Our mission is to make the rent-to-own process fair, transparent, and profitable for everyone involved. The Role We’re looking for a motivated and reliable individual to join our expanding team. You’ll handle both outreach and client communication — helping connect homeowners and buyers, managing leads, and guiding them through the rent-to-own process.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys connecting with people, writing engaging messages, and helping clients achieve real results in real estate. Responsibilities Reach out to homeowners and buyers interested in rent-to-own opportunities. Communicate our process and benefits clearly and professionally. Write and post engaging ads on Facebook Marketplace, Kijiji, and other platforms. Manage and track leads using our CRM (HighLevel). Coordinate agreements and follow-up communication between both parties.
Provide brief daily or weekly progress updates. Compensation Starting pay: $8/hr USD. After each signed deal, your hourly rate increases by $1/hr Bonus of $350 per deal signed. Flexible part-time hours with potential to grow into a long-term, higher-paying position. Requirements Experience in real estate, sales, or client communication. Strong written English (for Facebook and Kijiji ads). Familiarity with CRM tools (HighLevel experience is a plus). Organized, self-motivated, and results-driven. Open to worldwide applicants with strong English who enjoy friendly sales conversations.
