Job Overview As a Part Time Data Entry and Analytics Manager at arenaflex, you will play a crucial role in supporting the company's paid media examination capability.

Your primary responsibility will be to surface data-driven key opportunities for the Chief Initiative group, focusing on the optimization of paid media spend worldwide. You will work closely with marketing teams to identify ways to improve the efficiencies of paid media spend and develop reporting and analyses to inform and drive decisions. Key Responsibilities Deliver reporting and insights in the area of paid media to support business decisions Design and lead the development of analytics, business intelligence, and data science projects aimed at optimizing visible paid media and improving marketing efficiencies Collaborate with the paid media data science team and marketing teams on implementing media mix models Conduct ad-hoc analysis through database querying, followed by intelligent interpretation of results and the reporting and communication of recommendations that drive action Serve as a partner with marketing, finance, and data product teams to address business challenges and track marketing and product performance with a data-driven approach Leverage Structured Query Language (SQL), MicroStrategy, Tableau, Excel, and other reporting tools to create and maintain scheduled and ad-hoc reports Analyze data to identify business issues and lead deep dives to perform root cause analysis Collaborate with stakeholders to leverage data (internal data from arenaflex, as well as external data from market research and advertising agencies) and address complex business challenges by delivering meaningful insights Conceptualize and run analysis that generates insights on customer behavior and customer needs to help further develop and improve the company's value proposition Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications: Experience in the area of Business Intelligence, Analytics, or Consulting in an e-commerce environment or related field

Advanced SQL experience

Advanced experience with at least one industry analysis and metrics visualization tool (e.g., Tableau/QuickSight/PowerBI) Proficiency in Excel with a proven track record Degree in data science, business, economics, information technology, statistics, mathematics, or other related field Preferred Qualifications In addition to the essential qualifications, the following preferred qualifications will be considered an asset: You enjoy working in a team of highly engaged individuals You have a passion for numbers, data, and statistics, as well as for delivering high-quality analysis Strong bias for action, highly organized, and ability to complete tasks and projects with minimal direction and tight deadlines Excellent communication (verbal and written), interpersonal skills, and the ability to communicate with both business management and technical teams effectively Experience with subscription-based or media content organizations Experience with and/or interest to learn more about cutting-edge data science approaches Programming languages: knowledge of Python Knowledge of other programming languages, such as Java or C#, or of statistical programming languages like R or SAS Knowledge of Adobe Analytics
