Oktana is a custom software development company specializing in Salesforce technologies. We challenge the traditional consulting model by building a strong connection between our customers and team. As a Salesforce Summit Partner and member of the MuleSoft Partner Program with 300+ technologists across Bolivia, Colombia, Ecuador, Paraguay, Peru, Uruguay and in the US, we will continue to grow. In this role, you will join our global team to drive growth by nurturing a portfolio of customers. Historically, we have grown organically through existing customers so this is a meaningful channel at Oktana.
You will be measured by the revenue growth of our growing customer portfolio and our related customer satisfaction scores. This is a 100% remote position with some customer-facing travel. You will collaborate with team members across Latin America and within the US. Responsibilities β’ Manage a portfolio of customer accounts with a strong focus on retention, satisfaction, and revenue expansion. β’ Identify and close growth opportunities within existing accounts through effective farming techniques and proactive customer engagement.
β’ Meet regularly with customers to assess account health, understand business challenges, and propose tailored solutions. β’ Maintain a healthy pipeline that supports year-over-year revenue growth across your assigned accounts. β’ Track and report progress against account goals and key performance metrics. β’ Participate in Quarterly Business Review (QBR) meetings to present results, insights, and upcoming initiatives. β’ Collaborate closely with internal teams (development, consulting, resourcing) to ensure smooth project resourcing, kick-off, and delivery.
β’ Partner with the Resourcing team to align customer needs with the right talent (developers, architects, etc.) and ensure seamless transitions. β’ Understand customer needs and the competitive landscape to support Sales, Marketing, and Training teams in developing strategies that strengthen and expand Oktanaβs market presence. β’ Work with Marketing to provide customer references and assist in collecting CSAT survey responses. Qualifications β’ 4+ years of experience in account management for nearshore staff augmentation or software services.
β’ Strong ability to support and execute account management processes, including analytics and performance tracking. β’ Ability to quickly learn technical concepts (especially around Salesforce, Heroku, and MuleSoft) and communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences. β’ Demonstrated experience working in a client-facing role, managing project-based software engagements. Preferred Skills β’ Experience working in a startup or high-growth environment. β’ Knowledge of other cloud or integration technologies (e.g., MuleSoft, Heroku).
