Job Overview We are currently seeking an experienced Expeditor to at arenaflex. As an Expeditor, you will play a crucial role in coordinating with external suppliers to ensure the timely delivery of aircraft parts, supporting the company's overall material goals. Your exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to work under pressure will make you an invaluable asset to our team.

Key Responsibilities Coordinate with external suppliers to expedite the delivery of aircraft parts, ensuring that all materials are received on time and in the required quantities. Work with AOG (Aircraft on Ground) orders as needed, providing timely and effective solutions to minimize delays and ensure that our operations run smoothly. Follow up with suppliers on past-due orders, negotiating and resolving any issues that may arise to prevent further delays. Maintain accurate records of maintenance/transportation plans and inventory reports, ensuring that all necessary materials are available when needed.

Provide transportation and logistics information to large workgroups, ensuring that all stakeholders are informed and up-to-date. Update FMR (Flight Maintenance Record) or log pages with current vehicle data, maintaining accurate and detailed records of all maintenance activities. Create and update Excel-based reports, status, and dashboards, providing visibility and insights into our operations and performance. Maintain accurate and up-to-date purchasing records and data within our purchasing software systems.

Assist Buyers with obtaining clarifications and purchase-ordering status, ensuring that all purchasing activities are efficient and effective. Collaborate with internal departments, as well as suppliers, to resolve any discrepancies in shipping, invoicing, quality, and part number and quantity, ensuring that all issues are addressed promptly and professionally. Assist Warehouse Managers in resolving receipt issues, ensuring that all materials are received and processed correctly. Work with Supplier Managers to identify and mitigate any potential risks or issues, ensuring that our operations are always running smoothly and efficiently.

Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need to have: An Associate's degree in a related field or equivalent experience/education. A strong foundation in logistics planning and coordination. At least 1 year of experience in warehouse or expeditor work, or production network understanding. Proficiency in bolthires Office, particularly in Excel, Word, and Outlook. Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and outside the box. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with internal and external stakeholders.

The ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and managing competing demands. Preferred Qualifications While not essential, the following qualifications are highly desirable: A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field. Long-term experience in logistics coordination, supply chain management, or a related field. Certifications or licenses in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field. Experience working with purchasing software systems and inventory management tools.

Knowledge of aircraft maintenance and logistics operations.
