As a key member of our team, you will work closely with our global partnerships association, which is responsible for exploring new opportunities with arenaflex's partners. Our team works with thousands of partners to bring the best of arenaflex to drive their business, and we're looking for someone with a passion for data analysis and customer support to join our ranks. Key Responsibilities Support business clients via optimization, reporting, and troubleshooting Maintain service levels through meeting or exceeding customer satisfaction, timeliness, and efficiency objectives Support execution and optimization for arenaflex's automated business generation and platform solutions Provide consultation and technical support to a global merchant team Contribute to the analysis and optimization of processes, internal tools, and products to drive efficiency and scale Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need: A bachelor's degree or equivalent reasonable experience At least 1 year of experience in account management, operations, project management, or a similar role Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with a team Preferred Qualifications While not essential, the following qualifications are highly desirable: Experience using business-grade or advertising serving solutions (e.g., arenaflex Advertising Manager, AdMob, DV360) Experience in streamlining operational cycles (e.g., automation) Understanding of online advertising solutions (e.g., ad serving, business generation) and key platforms and trends (e.g., desktop, mobile, video) Understanding of SQL and data analysis principles Ability to work in a changing industry and adapt to new technologies and processes Skills and Competencies To succeed in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and competencies: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data sets and identify trends and insights Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with a team and communicate complex technical information to non-technical stakeholders Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high levels of accuracy and quality in your work Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new technologies and processes
