Job Summary arenaflex is hiring for the position of Customer Service Representative to join our International Voice team in Hyderabad. This is a work-from-home/office opportunity that offers a dynamic and fast-paced environment. As a Customer Service Representative, you will play a vital role in ensuring customer satisfaction by expediting orders and resolving post-sales issues. You will primarily communicate with customers through mail, chat, and phone, utilizing various software tools to navigate customer accounts, review policies, and provide effective solutions.
