Job Summary As a Lead Director – Data Science, Patient Safety Analytics, you'll be responsible for leading our data science team in the development of AI-powered solutions that improve patient safety and outcomes.
You'll work closely with our business leaders and stakeholders to identify areas of opportunity and develop strategic plans to address them. Your expertise will be critical in driving our AI development efforts, leveraging your knowledge of machine learning, data visualization, and statistical analysis to create innovative solutions that meet the needs of our patients and stakeholders. Key Responsibilities * Lead Data Science Team: You'll be responsible for leading a team of data scientists and analysts in the development of AI-powered solutions that improve patient safety and outcomes.
* Develop AI-Powered Solutions: You'll work closely with our business leaders and stakeholders to identify areas of opportunity and develop strategic plans to address them. * Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: You'll work closely with our clinical, operational, and IT teams to ensure that our AI-powered solutions are integrated into our clinical workflows and meet the needs of our patients and stakeholders. * Develop and Implement Data Visualization Tools: You'll be responsible for developing and implementing data visualization tools that help our stakeholders understand complex data insights and make informed decisions.
* Stay Up-to-Date with Industry Trends: You'll be responsible for staying up-to-date with the latest industry trends and developments in AI, machine learning, and data science. Required Qualifications * Bachelor's Degree: You'll need a bachelor's degree in a quantitative field such as mathematics, statistics, computer science, or engineering. *6+ Years of
Experience: You'll need at least 6 years of experience in a data science or analytics role, with a strong background in machine learning, data visualization, and statistical analysis.
* Strong Leadership Skills: You'll need strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team of data scientists and analysts. * Excellent Communication Skills: You'll need excellent communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders. * Strong Analytical Skills: You'll need strong analytical skills, with the ability to analyze complex data sets and develop insights that inform business decisions.
